Polly Hastie is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on gynecology and dermatology. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Social Work.

Polly Hastie, FNP-C, RN

​​Polly is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on gynecology and dermatology. She has been in practice since 2014 and joined ACWC in the Spring of 2016. Polly also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Social Work, so she brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to her patients. She received her Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner from Regis University, her MSW from Smith College, and her BSN from University of Cincinnati. Before moving to Colorado, Polly lived in Santa Fe, NM and Cincinnati, OH. Polly is an avid scuba diver, skier, yogi, and travel enthusiast.

Dr. Cindy Hall is a Doctor of Osteopathic medicine (D.O.), with a medical and surgical specialty in obstetrics and gynecology, and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG).

​​Dr. Hall is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, with a medical and surgical specialty in obstetrics and gynecology, a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has been in practice since 2005. Dr. Hall completed her residency at the University of Minnesota and attended medical school at the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri. Before moving to the Colorado high country, Dr. Hall practiced for three years at Avista Women’s Care in Louisville, CO. In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Hall enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, who are all avid skiers and equestrians.
